Kathrine Salah, CNC
Hi! I’m Kathrine! I love life. I love people. I love hearing people’s life stories and the entangling of one’s past with one's current life and how it molds and shapes one's future. I am fascinated with family history and bloodlines. Speaking of blood, isn’t it the best thing in all the land that a man named Jesus died on the cross to save us all from the sin in our lives….and our ancestors’ sins? Why should we care about our ancestors’ sins? Because their sin is strangely interwoven into our lives through a thing called epigenetics!
Welcome to my site! I am a Certified Nutritionist specializing in Nutrigenomics and a Splankna Therapy Practitioner. I dive into my client’s genetics looking for vulnerabilities to disease, AND I dive into my client’s subconscious looking for emotional vulnerabilities from their trauma or from ancestral trauma that has been passed down through the DNA. This is what we call epigenetics, the study of heritable changes in gene expression. Our subconscious is the master database that carries the memory, while our DNA carries the code. Isn’t our body fabulous? Why is this important? We all strive for peace (at least I hope you do, I know I do), connection, creativity, ambition, success, rest, joy, and hope. All these things give us a great, big, happy life. But sometimes we just can’t get past our tendencies for failure, whether in our health, relationships, or odd and painful consistencies in life. That’s where I can help you discover the root of your condition, physical or emotional.
I have been married to Ray for 30 years. We spent the first several years of our married life overcoming our past trauma and becoming undone so we can become more of us! We continue to tear down generational strongholds and teach many others to do the same! We have raised 2 gorgeous daughters whom we delight in! We fiercely love Jesus and strive to change the trajectory of our past into a glorious future with our family! We are grateful for the restoration, simplicity, and peace Jesus has given us.
My favorite things are shopping with my daughters, early morning runs, and watching the sunset at the lake with my extended family.
